Banda Ravipal Reddy, the Founder & Director of SIGMA IAS, is an Edupreneur, Motivational Speaker, and a dedicated mentor who has been shaping students’ futures for more than 24 years. Born into a humble family, he built his success through hard work, discipline, and an unwavering passion for teaching and social service.
Over the past two decades, he has trained more than 2 lakh students across Telangana through offline classes, online programs, and YouTube channels. His mission is to make quality, affordable education accessible to all students, especially those from rural and economically weaker backgrounds.
He is the author of SIGMA’s Quantitative Aptitude and other academic materials that simplify complex concepts and help competitive exam aspirants build strong foundations in Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
As an Edupreneur, he leads multiple YouTube channels and innovative initiatives like Gelupu Gurram, designed to offer unique guidance, strategic direction, and motivation to students preparing for competitive exams.
Beyond academics, Ravipal Reddy is actively involved in social service, including large-scale tree plantation drives, free coaching programs, and community development activities. He is admired by lakhs of youth as a role model who truly believes in creating jobs rather than seeking one.
